In Genesis 1:26 God says, "Let us make man in our image, in our likeness." Charles Capps and Jerry Savelle suggest that the Hebrew word for likeness (demuth) literally means, "An exact duplication in kind."

"The devil will always dwell on the lies, the deceit, and the wrong. He does that in order to cast doubt and to bring disruption and discouragement. He wants the Body of Christ to retreat from their position of godly prosperity and power, to draw back into the preaching and practice of the doctrine of poverty. Satan's real goal and purpose is to render the Church of Jesus Christ weak and ineffective, unable to do anything because it doesn't have anything to do it with. He wants to keep it poor so it can never reach the nations of the world with the Gospel. The last thing Satan wants is for the Church to prosper because he knows that if it does, it will publish the Good News of Jesus Christ throughout the entire world. And that would spell the end for him and his kingdom of darkness."

"Many Believers in the Body of Christ are not receiving all that they're entitled to from their giving. They serve the God who is more than enough - yet they live from one paycheck to another, just barely scraping by. Let me ask you this question: Are you receiving the return that God's Word promises on all your sowing? If you're not, then it's time for you to begin to experience God's best.
Often, when God's people fail to experience the harvest to which they are entitled, they begin to wonder if God's Word truly works. If they're not careful, Satan will disillusion them, discourage them and if possible, cause them to wind up quitting, which is the wrong thing to do. Remember this: the worst thing you can do in a financial crisis is to quit giving. Giving is God's way of enabling you to overcome the financial crisis...
If God wants me to live in divine health, then why settle for healing from time to time? Healing is wonderful, but divine health is better. If God's Word says that I should have more than enough, then why live from paycheck to paycheck? I like financial miracles, but I like abundance better...
I know in some cases we would welcome thirty fold. It's better than no fold. And sixty fold is something to shout about; but notice, other seed produced a 100-fold, or in other words - maximum results. Why not strive for maximum results in every seed that we sow? I believe that it's time we quit wasting our seed and begin to believe for God's best."

"I once heard Mike Murdock, a dynamic minister and musician, make a potent statement which I think bears repeating. He said, "Every time God gives you an opportunity to give, He is also giving you an opportunity to increase your income...In this case, the Lord was giving this woman an opportunity to give because He wanted her to have an opportunity to have her needs met. But because she was so need-conscious, she couldn't recognize the wonderful opportunity that was being offered to her...The prophet told that poor woman to feed him first, promising her that if she would do so, then her provisions of meal and oil would not run out until the day of famine was over. Was he telling the truth? And she went and did according to the saying of Elijah: and she, and he, and her house, did eat many days. And the barrel of meal wasted not, neither did the cruse of oil fail, according to the word of the Lord, which he spake by Elijah (1 Kings 17:15,16). I believe God is giving us an opportunity right now to prepare ourselves for what lies ahead down the road. He is commanding us to keep planting seeds, assuring us that if we do, our resources will not fail during the hard times to come. He is telling us to become "seed-conscious" rather than "need-conscious."

"The Bible reveals a law regarding sowing and reaping which I call the law of quantity. Second Corinthians 9:6 says, "He who sows sparingly reaps sparingly, he who sows bountifully reaps bountifully." It is not only how you sow and what kind of seed you sow, but the quantity of seed that you sow that has a bearing on the size of the harvest you will reap. If you sow little, you get little. If you sow much, you get much. That's spiritual law. You know as well as I do, if a farmer sows only 10 acres, then he can expect only 10 acres in return. It's the law of seed time and harvest. If he sows 100 acres, then he can expect a 100 acre return. Sowing much and reaping little is a violation of spiritual Law. If you're sowing much and reaping little, then you need to stop and analyze your ways. Don't question whether the Word is true or not. Don't question whether God is faithful or not - consider your ways."

Wilt thou be above and not beneath? Wilt thou be the head and not the tail? Wilt thou be blessed? Wilt thou have life? Wilt thou have all of thy household saved? Wilt thou have them all filled with the Holy Ghost? Wilt thou be what I have said in My Word that you can be? Wilt thou have great success?" God wants you to be made whole: spirit, soul, and body. Whether you will depends upon your decision. Make a decision for life today!"
