Norvel Hayes:
"You aren't supposed to talk to Jesus about it; you're supposed to talk directly to the mountain in Jesus' Name (whatever the mountain is in your life). Stop talking to Jesus about it; stop talking to anybody else about it; speak to the mountain itself in Jesus' Name. Don't say, "Oh God, help me. Remove this sickness from me," say, "Flu, I'm not going to let you come into my body! Go from me in the name of Jesus! Nose, I tell you, stop running! Cough, I tell you to leave in Jesus' name!" Say, "Cancer, you can't kill me, I will never die of cancer in Jesus' name!" Do you have a financial mountain in your life? Start talking to your money. Tell your checkbook to line up with God's word. Talk to your business. Command customers to come into your business and spend their money there. Talk to the mountain."
"Did you know that Mark 11:23 says you can have whatsoever you say if you say it with faith and not doubt? In fact, other scriptures say you'll absolutely get what you say. You need to understand that every day - whether you realize it or not - you are confessing what you're going to get tomorrow. If you don't like what you have in life today, change what you're saying, and you'll find that your tomorrows will be different. Proverbs 10:11 says, "The mouth of a righteous man is a well of life." Proverbs 18:21 says, "Death and life are in the power of the tongue." If we're confessing the Word of God, we're speaking life to ourselves and to others. If we constantly confess the circumstances, we're speaking death to ourselves and those around us. When was the last time you had a conversation with the flu? Did you ever hold a conversation with your checkbook or with cancer? You aren't supposed to talk to Jesus about it. You're supposed to talk directly to the mountain - in Jesus' name - whatever the mountain is in your life!"

"You need to talk to the mountains that the devil has brought against you, whether it's disease, financial problems, or family problems. You have to talk to them, call them by their name and tell them to get out."

"Claim a scripture for yourself and the Holy Spirit will absolutely perform it for you. When you confess Jesus as the best businessman in the world, it's amazing how much money He will make you."

"Since angels are ministering spirits sent to minister to and for Christians," we can learn "How to put them into action on our behalf. We believers ought to be keeping those angelic creatures busy! We ought to have them working for us all of the time."
"Faith brings God's power for whatever you need into your body, into your business, into your mind, into your spirit, into your children - into your life. Your faith will bring His blessing for whatever you are believing God to do for you...If you make up your mind that God means what He says, that He wants you to be in health and prosper even as your soul prospers, that God is the head and you are a part of His church, then you can and will, as a part of God, be successful in everything you do, and be healthy in every part of your body."

"I can go into detail about the many problems I worried about in the past. For example, I used to own a business that went bankrupt. Do you know what God said to me about this? He said, "Your problem, son, is that you don't laugh at the devil." So I started laughing at the devil. Now my business is successful and money flows into that business like a river. I didn't know I was supposed to laugh at the devil. But I now know."

Note: What does the bible say about using this kind of language?
"Likewise also these filthy dreamers defile the flesh, despise dominion, and speak evil of dignities. Yet Michael the archangel, when contending with the devil he disputed about the body of Moses, durst not bring against him a railing accusation, but said, The Lord rebuke thee. But these speak evil of those things which they know not: but what they know naturally, as brute beasts, in those things they corrupt themselves," Jude 8-10.
"You are what you say, and you will never be anything else. The condition of your personal life today is a result of what you said yesterday."

"What shape is your heart in? How have you been talking? Have you been talking faith, or have you been talking doubt? Have you been talking love, or have you been talking in a way that the love of God can't work?...It's what comes out your mouth that causes all the trouble in your life and discourages you from receiving from Almighty God."
(Norvel Hayes, "Speak the Word," C-Faith article)
"Your faith brings God's power down from heaven to earth no matter what your need. The same faith that brought you salvation brings all the rest of what God has for you, no matter what it is...Take control of your mouth because it is your mouth that speaks your faith. Continually and sincerely speak your faith by praising God for the answer because by faith it is done. Remember, "We walk by faith, not by sight" (2 Cor. 5:7). Stand and speak your faith, no matter what you see. "

"When I was holding a meeting in one church, a woman suddenly stood up in the audience and challenged me. I had been telling them that God would do anything for them if they would let Him.
She said, "Brother Norvel, you've been telling us for two or three days how much the Lord loves us and that God would do anything for us. What about our situation? My husband and I have a 17-year-old daughter who we love with all our hearts. About six months ago she just walked off from the house one day and never came back..."Well," I said, "your faith can bring her in. You can speak her back into existence, back into your presence. I'll teach you how to do it if you want me to." "I'll do anything you say," she answered. "Just tell me what to do, and I'll do it."
"OK. Jesus said in Mark 11:23, 'For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.'
"Now, according to James 4:2-3, you have not because you ask not; and when you ask and receive not, it's because you ask amiss..."Well, you can speak her back into your presence if you'll believe that those things which you say will come to pass. You can do it because this scripture says you can—and it's the truth. God can't lie."...Remember this when you need something from the Lord for a loved one: your faith confessions can deliver them from whatever they're caught up in."

"You can receive miracles, and you can have authority over sickness and disease...I've been to heaven twice, and I can hardly wait to get there for the last time and forever. The air is full of peace. There is no sickness in heaven. There are no worms in the apples in heaven. The grass is about ten times greener there than it is on earth...When you walk around heaven, you can see rivers, gulfs, trees and mansions. And you can walk in on Sunday morning and hear Jesus preach! You think you're hearing good messages now, just wait until you get to heaven. Glory to God!...By God's power, I want to drive out and to demolish every disease in every person who gets this revelation. We must remember that the same principles I mentioned earlier regarding disease can be applied to all critical cases - financial, emotional, social, spiritual or physical."

"To pray in faith for anything, whether it's healing for your body, or a financial miracle, you need to know God's will. Then faith can begin. The way to find God's will is to go to the Bible and find a scripture that covers your case. For example, Jesus paid the price for our redemption and for our healing. First Peter 2:24 says, "...by whose (Jesus') stripes, ye were healed."
"Were" is past tense and that means we are healed. God will manifest Himself to you and your disease will disappear, as soon as you find out from the Word that you're healed. This scripture covers your case. Many people are waiting on the Lord to come and heal them sometime. They are trying to convince God to heal them. The price has already been paid, but you have to find the scriptures that cover your case and make them a part of you...Suppose you died at an early age through sickness. When you got to heaven, you went to church and heard Jesus preach. After the service you walked up to Him and said, "Jesus, I was a pastor's wife (or this or that), and my husband and I love You and we saw You heal lots of people. But, Jesus, why didn't You heal me?" It will be sad, my friend, when Jesus turns to you, shows you His back and says, "I did! Why didn't you accept it? Why didn't you take a long hard look with your natural eyes at the stripes on my back?" You may say, "Well, Jesus, I didn't see You on earth." And He'll reply, "You saw the verse of scripture. Why didn't you accept that as truth? It says that by My stripes you were healed!"

"As a parent, you have spiritual authority over your child. It doesn't make any difference if your child rebels. I know because I went through this for a time with my daughter. God dealt with me strongly about this one day. He said:
Son, I want you to understand something: There is no power on earth greater than My power—no power!
Your daughter doesn't have the power and the faith to get out of the trouble she is in. It will have to be done by your faith in Me.
I can set her completely free through your faith, but your faith concerning her has been wavering a little. You have started wondering about when I am going to do it. That is none of your business. I don't need your help. All I need is your faith. I have to have your faith before My power is even available to move on your child.
Every time—not just part of the time, but every time—your faith wavers, it cuts off My power from dealing with her. You're her father, and your unwavering faith will bring My power out of heaven and upon her life to set her free.
But your faith wavers from time to time concerning her complete freedom. Sometimes you even wonder if I am going to do it. When you waver, My power stops."

Note: What does the bible have to say about the sovereign plan of God and the vain efforts of man that try to subvert it?
"And all the inhabitants of the earth are reputed as nothing: and he doeth according to his will in the army of heaven, and among the inhabitants of the earth: and none can stay his hand, or say unto him, What doest thou?" Daniel 4:35, see also Isaiah 43:3, Psalm 115:3, 135:6. Whom will you believe, God or Norvel Hayes?
